This picture is part of the Arabesque serie. This is the continuation of "Karakusa Monogatari" from 2021.
You might think, What's happening with the story? It seems like there is nothing connected between one painting and another, but there is actually a story inside of Shigeru Tanaka's head.
The story is about a girl who hears some words from his grandfather, like a whisper in the wind ``If you eat the fruit of the phantom tree (the arabesque tree), it will be effective against the coronavirus (the plague),'' so she travels with her dog to help his village, found the arabesque tree, and get the fruit to save the people.
In this episode: ``The sign of the Arabesque, Karakusa Michishilbe'' the dog finds a branch of an arabesque tree, in a space full of rocks. I drew that moment, just when the girl picked up the branch from the dog's jaws, which she had found in that unusual place. The moment she held it in her hand, the arabesque leaf pointed in three directions.
The first leaf is pointing to the girl. The second leaf is pointing to the sky. At that moment, a dolphin in the sky gives light to the girl from the clouds.
Dolphins have been loved by people since ancient times, as animals that guide people on their journeys.
Then, the third leaf showed the direction to the girl. This one is such a scene.
About color scheme
I use colors mainly red, yellow, and blue. Originally, this model was wearing white clothes, but this has been changed to red clothes.
Shigeru Tanaka wants to draw pictures that make you feel like you are listening to a warm melody. So in this case, Red is C, yellow is E, and blue is G.
As an aside, the ratio of the wavelength range of light that red has and the width of the tonal range that C has is roughly the same.

There seems to be something in common between the 7 sounds of do-re-mi and the 7 colors of the rainbow.
This picture is definitely a do-mi-so chord. It's warm and stable. Can you hear it?
When I heard that inside of myself, I saw the branch (arabesque tree) that I was holding. Doesn't it look like a G clef symbol?
About composition
[Yellow triangle]
The figure is placed in the center of the screen in accordance with the proportions of the golden triangle, which is also used in the design of the pyramids.
[Red circle]
It is curved in the shape of a beautiful whirlpool, called a golden spiral, which can be seen in nature, such as a conch shell or a typhoon whirlpool.
[Blue line]
The horizontal line is divided vertically by the golden ratio.
[Green line]
This is a line in which the dog looks at the girl, the girl looks at the arabesque tree, and the branch looks like it is guiding by a sign. By the way, the Yoro Mountains and the Nagara River are depicted in the background, suggesting that you should aim for the sacred mountain Mt. Ibuki.
